If you think that any of these factors is likely to have such an impact, this may be a good indication of whether or not you should be buying/selling that currency.

History

It may seem strange to think that history can have impact of future movements in currency exchanges. However, many FOREX traders will tell you that over a prolonged period of time, currencies tend to interrelate with one and another in a form of rhythm movement. Consequently, if you look back over time and see how two currencies have reacted with one and another, you may well be able to predict future currency market trends for these two currencies.
